Appointments
At Spa Santé, we recognize that every person has different hair, skin and body care needs. To better serve you, complimentary private consultations are available by appointment.

We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early. This will give you time to change into your spa wear, fill out any necessary forms, have a sauna, and enjoy our complimentary teas, spring water and juices.

The spa is open to guests age 16 and older. Appointments for guests under 16 are available; however, they must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The hair salon is open to all ages.

Spa Comfort
For your comfort, a robe, slippers, and secure locker will be provided to you upon your arrival. Undergarments are not necessary, but you may wear them during your treatment if you prefer.

As a courtesy to other guests, we ask that you refrain from using your cell phone or pager while on the spa floor. You are welcome to use your cell phone in the hair studio and ground floor reception area.

Payment
Spa Santé accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and personal checks. Please note that there will be a $35 charge for returned checks. Please give us 24 hours notice of cancellation to avoid a full charge.

Gratuities
Gratuities are always at your discretion. As a guideline, consider 15 to 20 percent customary. A gratuity of 18 percent will be added to all spa packages.
